Evangelina is a postdoctoral researcher at the Olive and Olive Oil Research Institute (INUO) of the University of Jaén. She holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Lleida. Her research focuses on conservation agriculture, soil management, crop modeling, carbon and nitrogen cycles, carbon sequestration, greenhouse gas emissions, and the valorization of olive mill by-products. She is known for her applied approach and the effective transfer of knowledge to the productive sector.
